What we collect

• Emails and calls: whatever details you choose to share when you contact us directly.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit) kept by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and reliability.

How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quotation or proposal (our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
• To keep the website secure and working properly (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our pages load without contacting third-party services: fonts and images are served from our own website.

• Google Maps: the map on our Contact page loads only if you click “Show map”. Google then receives data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts this website. Vercel is based in the United States and processes server log data on our behalf under its data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any project that follows, and in line with our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it. To do so, email beenel@beenel.com.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta at idpc.org.mt.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
